Managing pain can be debilitating. Chronic pain and Acute pain and it is important that the reason for your pain is discussed and diagnosed with your GP in the first instance as further investigations may be required. Hypnotherapy can be used to reduce the impact of pain and we have extremely effective strategies to support you to manage this. Please note that your first session may take longer than the estimated duration.
